We know that there are days when you don't feel excited. We have been there too. No matter what the reason is, not feeling your best sucks. However if putting on your best dress isn't enough and you really want to lift your spirits and appear your best, here are a few makeup tips to do so. Use the following techniques while applying makeup and watch how you appear fabulous with just a few strokes.
USE THE MAGIC BRUSH TO APPEAR SLIMMER!
The right shape of your eyebrow-
Eyebrows play a big role in how slim or heavy your face appears. Your eyebrows need to be thick with an arch in the middle. A higher arched eyebrow lifts the face and makes a round face appear slimmer. You can also use an eyebrow pencil with a shade darker than your natural brow to make them stand out.
Hide your eye circles-

Dark circles add weight to your face. Cover your under eye circles with a concealer and blend it to match the rest of your face. You can also use a white eye shadow or a highlighter to the corners of your eyes to make them stand out. By making your eyes stand out your face will look slimmer.
Blush-
Blushes with brown undertones make your face look slimmer. Pink or peach blushes make your cheeks appear fuller and your face appears heavier than it actually is. Apply your blush under the cheekbone and sweep it diagonally upwards to the middle of the ear. Make a "fish face" while doing this to figure out the perfect placement. Do not apply too much of it.
During summer, many women have the same problem: how do you find heat proof makeup products. Most of them complain that the makeup does not last all day because of the summer heat. It's true that heat does not go along with our makeup. That`s why you need these little tricks that can help you maintain your makeup intact all day, even at temperatures above 80 degrees.
Replace the foundation
If you have a flawless complexion, the best summer solution, is to replace the foundation with a BB cream. It moisturises, it heals, it covers all major imperfections, it makes the skin smooth and you get better sun protection. All these characteristics proves that BB cream is perfect for your skin, during those unbearable summer days. If you nevertheless need foundation, I recommend using a foundation that contains talcum powder. This ingredient absorbs the excess of sebum, so that your skin won`t have that oily look. If you want to set the foundation you can use translucent powder on the nose, forehead and chin.

When attending a masquerade party, you go over-board with the kind of Venetian masquerade masks you will wear, hardly giving a thought to your makeup if not to your costume. You can use the following tips and avoid over or under doing your makeup and costume.
You don't have much to do when it comes to makeup as most of your face is covered, but you can be creative and experimental when it comes to costume. Here are a few tips that will help you prepare for the Venetian carnival masks party.
When doing your makeup there are a few tips to remember before you get started.
• Wear a water proof or water resistant makeup. Even though the party place isn't hot your face is bound to sweat, as it is covered under the Venetian Masquerade masks.
• Give your face a clean look; avoid heavy makeup or face shaping. Rather use a light colored blush that will give your face a sharper look.
• Wear a bold lipstick to match your mask.
I don't know about you, but I am sweating like a pig in this summer heat! Don't get me wrong, summer is my favorite time of year, but the sweating can get a little crazy in the hot months for me. Because of that, I tend to wear less makeup. I really do not need my expensive makeup running down my face in the middle of the day! Not cool. I also just feel physically cooler not having makeup caked on all day. Here's my usual makeup routine in the summer months:
First, I create a tinted moisturizer by combining my Sabon face lotion with foundation. I usually use a MAC foundation, but I have been using Make Up For Ever HD foundation in Cognac because it is a bit darker than my MAC and I have tanned quite a bit already. I think I will continue using Make Up For Ever in all seasons, though, because it blends better than the MAC in my opinion. To create the tinted moisturizer, start with the same amount of face moisturizer you would normally use. Put the moisturizer on the back of your hand. Now, put only a dot of foundation into the moisturizer. Combine both to create a tinted moisturizer. If you feel you need more foundation, go ahead and put more in a little bit at a time. Remember, the point of this is to have less foundation on in the end. Put the tinted moisturizer on like you would any moisturizer and blend well.
Then, I get my lashes with Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash Mascara. My lashes are very stubby, so I like the small brush to get all the little areas. I use the "wiggle" technique to separate my lashes.
Colored lipsticks are really in right now. I, especially, love it when I do not want to put on a ton of makeup. The pop from the lipstick accentuates your lips, so you don't need much eye makeup. Most of the time, I will fill in my lips with a pinkish color, like Maybelline ColorSensational in Fuschia Fever. I encourage everyone to go to your makeup store and play around with all different colors. You will never know how the colors will look on your lips until you try it. So, just play and have fun! I have also had luck combining different lipsticks to create shades of my own!

1. Smile When Using Blush!
There are many concepts about the best ways to properly apply blush. Some experts say to make a face like a fish. However I think that the best way is to smile while applying. This will help you apply it to the best place on your face, providing you the result you want! The simplest and most effective way to utilize blush is by smiling since it will keep you positive while also presenting those critical apples in your cheeks. Smile away!

2. Circular Strokes for a Softer Look!
To stay clear of a harsh appearance make certain to utilize a round motion when applying makeup. This round motion will also help buff out rough edges when utilizing concealer to cover blemishes.
Avoid digging in with pointed brushes; instead utilize round sweeping movements to properly blend in your makeup. So the next time you apply if you are searching for a soft gorgeous appearance be sure to stay clear of side-to-side brushing and you will see an immediate difference!

Pakistani Bridal Wear is very colorful, attractive and makes the bride look like a million dollars on the most important day of her life. Dresses studded with crystal stones, beads and sequins coupled with beautiful designs and handmade embroideries make one's dress look more beautiful and better than the other. It's a difficult task for the bride and her family to choose one, or a few dresses required for the wedding. Huge amounts of time and money is spent on shopping for wedding dresses.
Pakistani dresses reflect the culture of the region, and are more ethnic in look; they are similar to Indian dresses. Different dresses are worn in different regions; typically they wear Salwar-Kameez, Lehenga and Ghagra. Especially for weddings, they wear traditional and ethnic dresses. With passage of time and modernisation, many other styles and varieties of dresses have become popular. Modern day dresses are influenced more by Iran, Turkey and also western styles.
Pakistani Bridal Wear designers are using their creativity in attracting and designing dresses that look bright, attractive and fresh. As the task of selecting a few dresses for weeding has become difficult, and also with women desiring to look more beautiful and special on that important day of their life, designers are being employed to custom make dresses for weddings. Makeup also plays an important role in selecting the wedding dress.

You will find many different makeup styles in the media and the world at large.
Whether you're going to a big party or the grocery store, there is a makeup style out there that is perfect for your lifestyle.
Here is some information about popular styles to choose from so you can select the one that is best for you.

The colors here are similar to the ones that are already existent on the face, but adding them can still make a difference.
Evening Makeup
If you are planning on wearing evening makeup, you already know that bold and sexy is the way to go. While natural makeup is great for everyday looks, sometimes it needs a little flirt and pizazz. That's where the nighttime makeup styles can come into play.

For some girls it's shoes, others love chocolate.
ME?
My BIGGEST addiction is makeup!
I just LOVE going to the makeup counters and looking at all the new products, having the artists create a new look for me when I'm going out with my girls on the town, or splurging (SHHH! Don't tell my hubby!)
But when it comes to makeup for your wedding it becomes quite intimidating!
You want to be a "vision in white" not, "pasty in white" or even worse... "trashy in white!"
YIKES!
Create a look that is going to make your hubby-to-be exclaim...VA VA VA VOOM!!!
Here Are My Top 10 Makeup MUST HAVES For Your Wedding:
The Secret of the Stars... Mineral Makeup
Check out this genius product out at a Laura Mercier counter. Mineral makeup simply sweeps onto your face and gives you a fantastic natural glow (along with GREAT coverage!) It makes the skin look stunning because the minerals reflect light off the skin like millions of little mirrors. You'll look flawless in your wedding photos! Dramatic, Sultry, Ooo Laa Laa Lashes
A Pakistani bride should be very careful regarding her bridal makeup and avoid these ten mistakes to keep herself beautiful in her adorned lehnga choli outfit and makeup. Ten things to avoid are:
1. Do not use just any kind of mascara, only use waterproof mascara to avoid black smudges.
2. Do not leave house without a protective layer of sunscreen cream or lotion to avoid redness and tanning, right before the wedding.
3. Do not use glossy or liquid foundations to have a greasy face in photos. Blot your face with tissue quite often to remove extra oil.
4. Do not forget to carry your lipstick and retouch it often, so it does not look erased.
5. Do not wait for the final day to choose the perfect hairstyle and makeup. Better go for a trial makeup as a solution.
6. Do not have lipstick smears on teeth. In order to avoid, use a very small amount of Vaseline on two front teeth.
7. Do not rub your face vigorously to remove sweat off your face. When you cannot help to keep sweat off your face, try blotting with tissues.

This is the day you have dreamed of since you were just a little girl. You have always pictured in your mind how you would look on your wedding day. Now, it is coming time to actually start planning for that wonderful, romantic, "dream come true" of a day. You have finally found Mr. Wonderful, your perfect dress, the perfect place you want to walk down the aisle, the look and feel of the bridesmaids standing by your side, your flowers...but did you think about your hair and makeup? Are you going to leave that last detail to chance? It is time to think about hiring a professional bridal hair and makeup artist.
Bridal Makeup

You've imagined it a million times... you and your new husband, arm in arm, faces glowing with excitement, flash bulbs flashing, hands clapping... your wedding day. You've spent so much time (and money) selecting the perfect wedding gown, the perfect bridesmaids' gowns, the perfect hair-do and veil, but have you given any thought to your wedding makeup? You'll want to be the most photogenic you've ever been in your life on your wedding day. Here are a few tips to help you get there.
First and foremost, don't spend the day before your wedding playing volleyball at the beach! Tan lines, sunburn, and peeling are a bride's worst nightmare! If you're feeling just a bit pasty, try a light self-tanner and, for your face, a tinted moisturizer to keep your skin looking fresh with a bronzing powder to warm your skin tone.
Bridal Makeup
Every woman wants to look beautiful on her wedding day. She would, however, be disappointed if she were to depend on cosmetics to bring sudden changes in her. Cosmetics may, at best, hide a few defects but they do not have. the capacity to change your looks. It is, therefore, important that you look after yourself at least two months prior to the important day. Facial once a week will clear the complexion within two months. If in your town you do not have the facility of a beautician, make face-packs at home and use them. But, do not forget to put cotton wool swabs soaked in rose water on your eyes.
Massage with deep-cleansing milk lightly at night before going to bed. Regular massage gives natural glow to the skin, because massaging helps in proper blood circulation which, in its turn, makes the skin soft, healthy and attractive. After deep-cleansing, apply nourishing cream and massage lightly a little. In morning, sprinkle icy-cold water from the fridge. Do not use soap if the skin is dry. It will crack and leave white patches. Instead, use moisturizer. If the skin is oily, make a paste with oat flour, add lemon juice and rub well. It will prevent pimples.
One month before wedding stop all makeup. But, if you cannot avoid it sometimes, then clean it off soon. Moreover, stop eating fried food. Drink honey-mixed lemon water first of all in the morning before taking any other drink.
Beautiful hands symbolise a good character. For the beauty of hands remember three things-skin should be soft, fingers should hall a beautiful shape, and nails should be well trimmed. So, stop household works, like cleaning utensils, washing clothes, brooming.

Bridal Makeup in Bangalore
Did you know the time you are getting married should dictate how your makeup is applied? The different types of lighting throughout the day should determine your makeup style. Of course if the ceremony and reception are at two different times, you can alter your makeup in between.
Morning Wedding
The light is at it's softest level in the morning so you want to go with a natural makeup. Choose a lightweight foundation or a tinted moisturizer. Anything heavy or extremely matte will look very artificial in the morning light, so a light hand is essential for the morning bridal look. Choose soft blushes, natural eye makeup shades and a muted lipstick. If you want to play up the drama of your eyes, individual false lashes are a great way to go.
Afternoon Wedding
Afternoon light is much hasher than morning light, so you can be a bit more strong in your color choices. You can use a semi-matte foundation and your skin will still look natural. Eye makeup can be a little more dramatic in the morning, but still be in the natural tones. Brown eyeliner, taupe shadows and a black-brown mascara will create a beautiful look for an afternoon bride. A half-set of lashes can really enhance your eyes.
Evening Wedding
Evening weddings can be all about the drama, or you can add more makeup if your reception is in the evening. Smoky eyes can look very dramatic, but make sure you choose flattering colors (not just gray and black).
