Eyeliners come in powder, pencil and liquid form and can be applied just above or below the eyes. The best way of applying eyeliner is to start from the inside corner of your eye to the outside in one stroke. Eyeliner should be applied after eye shadow and mascara leading to a complete eye makeup. Gel-based eyeliners are gaining much popularity these days for their easy application and long wear ability.
